In a bid to enhance passenger convenience, Philippine Airlines (PAL) has extended its complimentary shuttle service for eligible passengers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) until October 30, 2024.
The service caters to passengers holding valid and confirmed tickets with various fare brands including Business Flex, Business Value, Premium Economy, Economy Flex, Economy Value, and Economy Saver. These passengers are eligible to register for the free shuttle service to or from Dubai International Airport.
Passengers requiring special assistance, such as wheelchair accommodation, must notify PAL at least three days before their flight, indicating their requirements in the registration form. However, animals including pets are not permitted on the shuttle van.
Registration for the shuttle service must be completed through the provided link at least three days before the flight’s departure, with cut-off times specified for both Dubai and Manila departures.
PAL will notify registered passengers via email 48 hours before their flight to confirm their seat on the shuttle. Passengers must present the confirmation email and proof of identification to the shuttle service driver before boarding.
It’s important to note that PAL emphasizes that the shuttle service is not operated by the airline itself, and passengers availing of the service release PAL from any liability arising from their use of the shuttle.
The shuttle schedule provided is subject to change based on actual flight departure and arrival times, as well as U.S daylight savings time. Passengers are advised to be at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
