Grab a full dish for AED 10 at more than 100 Dubai spots

Value-conscious food lovers in Dubai have a month-long reason to explore the city’s dining scene, as more than 100 restaurants roll out single dishes priced at just AED 10 through the end of August.

The offer forms part of Dubai Summer Surprises, the emirate’s seasonal retail and lifestyle festival, and runs from August 3 through August 30. District by Zomato unveiled the complete lineup on August 3, with participating venues and their designated dishes listed on the District app, which also flags the nearest available deal based on a user’s location.

There are no strings attached to the promotion. Customers don’t need a reservation or a voucher — walking into a participating outlet and requesting the AED 10 item is enough to claim it.

The roster stretches across malls and neighborhoods citywide, including Al Ghurair Centre, Dubai Festival City Mall, Deira City Centre, and Palm Jumeirah Mall, and mixes globally recognized chains with homegrown eateries.

International fast-food names are well represented. Burger King is offering its Mix N Match, Shake Shack has a New York plain hot dog, Texas Chicken serves a mega bites sandwich meal, and Oporto lists its Bondi burger. Coffee chains join in too, with Costa Coffee pairing a choco swirl with an Americano, Dunkin’ offering a medium iced coffee and doughnut, and Caribou Coffee bundling an Americano with a croissant.

South Asian kitchens anchor a large share of the list, with chicken biryani turning up at numerous venues including Desi & Co, Desi Mehfil, Green Land, and New Sarhad Darbar. Elsewhere, diners can find pani puri and chai at The Bhukkad Cafe, chole bhature at Zaika and Khau Galli, and pav bhaji at Mumbai Junction.

Dessert and sweets outlets round out the selection, from Cold Stone Creamery’s birthday cake remix and Baskin Robbins’ kids scoop sundae to Turkish milk cake at Lacabite Bakery and assorted brownie bites at Caramalize.

Hotel restaurants have entered the fray as well, with El Sur at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi plating a tortilla de patatas and Slice at Grand Plaza Mövenpick scooping Mövenpick ice cream, signaling that the discounted dishes aren’t limited to budget outlets but extend into properties that typically command higher prices.
