AED100,000 or P1.5 million reward offered for missing dog in Dubai

A generous Dh100,000 reward is being offered to anyone who can help reunite a heartbroken family with their missing three-year-old cockapoo named Cuddles in Dubai. The adorable miniature puddle mysteriously disappeared in Al Garhoud last Saturday while on a trip with a pet relocation company near the Emirates Airline headquarters.

Cuddles reportedly darted away from the pet relocation company’s car during a visit to a health inspection facility, despite the team’s efforts to give chase. The family is devastated by the loss and has launched an extensive search effort, distributing flyers throughout the neighborhood to enlist the community’s assistance.

The last sighting of Cuddles was reported at 6.40pm on D27 Street (Community 214) in Al Garhoud on the same day. Despite their relentless search, the family has not been able to locate their beloved pet.

A spokesperson for the distraught pet owners, who wishes to remain anonymous, confirmed in a Khaleej Times report the authenticity of the Dh100,000 reward. They emphasized the family’s deep emotional distress, stating, “Cuddles means a lot to the family, and they are truly upset about losing him. The Dh100,000 reward is genuine – we’re desperate to have him back. Any help in finding Cuddles is greatly appreciated.”

Remarkably, the family has made it clear that no questions will be asked of anyone who returns Cuddles, reflecting their compassionate approach in the reward poster accompanying the announcement.
