Comedian and “It’s Showtime” host Vice Ganda gifted his mother, Rosario Viceral, with a brand-new car this Christmas. The touching moment was revealed in a recent vlog released on Thursday, showcasing the Viceral family’s Christmas party held at Vice Ganda’s home.
The festive event was filled with fun games and a gift-giving session, with Vice Ganda playing the role of Santa Claus. The highlight of the vlog came towards the end when the comedian invited his mother outside to unveil the surprise—a new car perfectly suited to her needs.
Vice Ganda explained the thoughtful choice, saying, “Kailangan daw kasi ng pangsimba niya. Gusto niya mababa lang dahil nahihirapan siyang sumakay. Ayan, saktong-sakto, nakahanap na tayo ng mababang sasakyan.”
Overwhelmed with joy, Mommy Rosario expressed her happiness and gratitude for the surprise. “Hindi na ako makikipag-agawan sa sasakyan. May sarili na akong sasakyan. Happy ako siyempre, anak,” she said.
She also humorously added, “Nagulat ako. Akala ko kung ano ‘yon, ‘yun pala ‘yung dream na sasakyan ko. Makakalayas na ako mag-isa, anak.”
This isn’t the first time Vice Ganda has shown deep affection for his mother. In 2011, Mommy Rosario was moved to tears when Vice Ganda surprised her with a new house and land, further demonstrating his unwavering love and appreciation for his mother.
