A joint assessment team convened by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority has confirmed that weather conditions across all regions of the UAE have returned to normal, formally closing the response phase for the recent weather event.
The session, which brought together NCEMA, the Ministry of Interior, the National Centre of Meteorology, and several partner agencies, was convened to evaluate developments from the weather episode and chart the path forward.
NCM’s official weather report, presented during the meeting, served as the basis for the declaration, confirming stabilisation had been achieved across the country.
The Ministry of Interior and other involved entities received recognition from the team for their conduct throughout the event, with particular note given to the standard of preparedness and the speed of response operations.
Authorities stressed that weather monitoring would continue and urged the public to rely solely on official channels for meteorological updates.
The response was carried out under a framework of inter-agency coordination that officials described as reflecting a unified national approach — one designed to consolidate efforts across competent bodies in the interest of public safety and community protection.
