Takoyaki store extends support to P100,000 prize recipient after tattoo challenge

A day after igniting controversy with its P100,000 tattoo challenge, the Takoyaki store in the Philippines has taken steps to address the situation. Internet personality and former OFW in Dubai Carl Quion visited the man who took up the challenge personally to discuss the issue.

The man, whose decision to get the tattoo was driven by the allure of the cash prize, received the promised P100,000 from the Takoyaki store owner. In a heartfelt conversation with Carl, he revealed that he intended to use the money to support his children’s education, particularly his youngest child who has Down syndrome.

Acknowledging the potential regret associated with the tattoo, Carl offered assistance in finding a derma clinic for its removal, should the man desire it. Additionally, Carl vowed to provide ongoing support to the man and his family.
