Filipino P-pop group SB19 will take the Allianz stage at Lollapalooza on July 30, marking the first time a homegrown Filipino act has performed at the long-running Chicago music festival.
The five-member group — Pablo, Josh, Stell, Ken, and Justin — is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. local Chicago time, which translates to 4:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. on July 31 in the Philippines. Lollapalooza itself confirmed the slot as part of its broader 2026 lineup announcement, and SB19 reshared the post across their own social media channels.
The Allianz stage is widely believed to be the same venue previously billed as Lake Shore, based on how it is positioned in the festival’s lineup and the length of sets it hosts. Lollapalooza routinely renames its stages after corporate sponsors — the Lake Shore stage carried the IHG Hotels and Resorts name in 2024. The stage sits in the same general area as the T-Mobile stage, where several headlining acts perform, though it occupies a separate section of the field.
For first-time and afternoon performers, a one-hour set is standard at the festival. With time set aside for video introductions and between-song segments, the group is expected to perform roughly 12 to 18 songs. Lollapalooza’s headlining acts typically run 90 minutes or longer, with some extending to two hours.
Past artists who have played the Lake Shore stage include Chappell Roan and Olivia Dean in 2024, Sabrina Carpenter in 2023, and BoyNextDoor and Mariah the Scientist in 2025. SB19 will share the stage lineup on that day with aespa, Jade, Suki Waterhouse, Spacey Jane, and Skye Newman, among others.
The venue is known for its large LED screen and wide stage floor, which allows performers room for choreography and formations. Audience feedback on its sound system has been mixed, though the stage consistently draws both dedicated fans and casual festivalgoers.
How Lollapalooza 2026 will be made available to international viewers has not been confirmed. In recent years, Hulu has served as the festival’s primary streaming partner, while some acts — including TWICE, BoyNextDoor, and Seventeen — have made separate broadcast arrangements through their agencies.
SB19 is also on the bill for Summer Sonic’s Tokyo edition later this year.
