Philippine Consulate in Dubai opens extra slots for newborn registration on April 9

Filipinos in Dubai and the Northern Emirates with newborns to register will have an additional window this week, as the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai holds a dedicated Babies’ Day on Thursday, April 9, 2026.

The one-day event expands appointment availability for two services: Report of Birth filing and newborn passport applications — both of which normally require advance booking through the consulate’s regular online portal.

Parents and guardians are directed to secure their slots exclusively through the official registration link at bit.ly/DubaiPCG-BabiesDay. The consulate emphasized that completing the application through that link is required to obtain a confirmed appointment.

The consulate serves Filipinos residing in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.
