The Migrant Workers Office in Dubai and the Northern Emirates (MWO-Dubai) will be closed to the public on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 in observance of Labor Day.
The closure will also follow the announcement of the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai.
Workers who may be affected by the closure can visit MWO-Dubai on the following schedule:
- Workers with confirmed flight on May 1, 2024 can visit on April 30, 2024 between 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Workers with confirmed flight on May 2, 2024 can visit on April 30, 2024 between 7:30 am to 2:30 pm or May 2, 2024 between 7:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Workers with confirmed flight on May 1-2, 2024 who were unable to have their documents verified before their flight can send an authorized representative to MWO-Dubai five (5) days before the worker’s flight back to the UAE or three (3) days before their OEC appointment in the Philippines.
