Emirates introduces exclusive loungewear for business class passengers

Emirates is set to enhance the travel experience for its Business Class customers with the launch of a stylish and comfortable inflight loungewear set. Starting from 1 February, Business Class travelers will receive this innovative loungewear set, featuring a relaxed cowl neck top, drawstring pants, cozy slippers, and a matching eye mask.

The luxurious loungewear is designed to provide the perfect “flight fit” – ideal for sleeping, enjoying a social drink at the A380 onboard lounge, or simply strolling through the cabin in style. Crafted from super-soft premium modal material, the loungewear is both lightweight and breathable, ensuring maximum comfort during the flight. It is available in a soothing shade of light blue and comes in two sizes, with an elegant drape that flatters various body types.

Each set is presented in a convenient drawstring pouch and includes an adjustable loungewear top and pants, warm slippers, and an eye mask. Business Class passengers will be offered the loungewear set upon boarding, allowing them to change into it at their leisure and enjoy the utmost comfort throughout their journey. On flights lasting 9 hours or more, passengers will receive the full set, while on shorter flights of 2 hours and 30 minutes, they will be provided with complimentary slippers and an eye mask.

This new addition to Emirates’ inflight amenities reflects the airline’s commitment to elevating the customer experience across all classes. It follows a series of investments, including cabin interior upgrades, enhanced menus, exclusive champagne partnerships, improved entertainment options, complimentary Wi-Fi, luxurious amenity kits, and a world-class wine selection.

The development of the Business Class Loungewear set has been a year-long project, designed in-house by the Emirates team to ensure the highest levels of comfort, style, and reusability. During a trial period on routes to and from New York and Boston, customers provided overwhelmingly positive feedback on the loungewear, with many choosing to take the sets home for future use.
