Dubai adds Global Village logo to visas to welcome tourists this season

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Global Village has teamed up with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA-Dubai) to feature the Global Village Season 30 logo on all visas issued from the emirate. A special entry stamp with the same logo will also be introduced for travellers arriving in the UAE.

The collaboration was officially announced in the presence of Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA-Dubai; Zeina Dagher, Senior Vice President of Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment – Global Village; and Sara Al Muhairi, Director of Marketing and Events.

As part of the milestone celebration, travellers who receive the Global Village stamp on their passports will enjoy free entry to the destination for ten days starting October 15, the opening day of Season 30. The free entry offer is valid for one-time use only and applies to visitors whose passport stamp appears beside the UAE entry stamp.

The initiative highlights the collaboration between Dubai’s public and private sectors in promoting the city’s cultural and entertainment landmarks. It also aims to enhance the visitor experience from arrival, supporting Dubai’s Vision 2033 strategy to position the emirate as a leading global destination that blends culture, innovation, and modern living.

Attracting millions of visitors each year, Global Village remains one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations—uniting more than 90 cultures through pavilions, live entertainment, and culinary experiences that celebrate diversity and human connection.
