Culinary entrepreneurs and food operators across the region now have a window to secure a spot at one of the UAE’s busiest seasonal attractions. Global Village has opened registration for food and beverage vendors ahead of its 31st season, calling on restaurateurs, franchise holders, and small and medium enterprises to pitch their concepts to a crowd drawn from more than 90 nationalities.
Two registration tracks are available this year. Applications for the Restaurant and Coffee Shops category run from August 7 through August 18. The Kiosks and Food Trolleys category accepts submissions from August 13 until August 26. Both are open to newer independent brands as well as seasoned businesses hoping to widen their reach.
Vendors who come on board are promised a range of logistical backing. That support covers tailored booth configurations, help securing staff visas, customs handling for imported goods, storage space, assistance with registration, and access to electronic payment terminals for sub-lessees. Operational guidance continues throughout the run of the season.
The destination positions itself as a launchpad for brands wanting exposure to both the resident population and the tourists who pass through, connecting them with a broader commercial network in the process. The previous season put more than 250 food outlets on site, each representing a different national cuisine.
Interested operators can file applications through the Global Village business portal at https://business.globalvillage.ae/, with further announcements posted on the destination’s website and its Instagram account, @GlobalVillageUAE.
