4-year-old Kuwaiti becomes youngest millionaire with $6.5 million or AED23 million bank prize

A four-year-old Kuwaiti girl, Al Alaa Yousef Adel Al Mutairi, has achieved millionaire status after clinching a staggering cash prize of two million Kuwaiti dinars, approximately $6.5 million, courtesy of Gulf Bank, one of Kuwait’s leading financial institutions. The unprecedented windfall was deposited directly into young Al Mutairi’s account as part of the bank’s grand prize initiative targeting depositors.

Accompanied by her father, Al Mutairi witnessed the award ceremony firsthand at the bank, where the eye-popping sum was credited to her personal account. This remarkable feat has etched Al Mutairi’s name in history as the youngest recipient of the world’s largest prize linked to a bank account, setting an extraordinary record.

Yousuf Al Mutairi, Alaa’s father, revealed that he had set up savings accounts for all his children with the bank, but it was Alaa who emerged as the fortuitous winner of the grand prize.
