Comedian Wally Bayola was brought to a hospital after his motorcycle struck a pothole along Andaya Highway in Camarines Sur, according to reports. He had been traveling toward Naga City when the incident occurred.
Eat Bulaga/TVJ confirmed his condition through a Facebook post accompanied by a photo of Bayola in a hospital bed. “Maayos na po ang kanyang kalagayan,” the noontime program stated, noting he suffered some wounds and bumps from the accident.
The show used the update as an occasion to address their audience directly. “Lagi tayong mag-iingat, Dabarkads,” they added.
Bayola is reported to be in stable condition.
