Residents across the UAE should prepare for humid weather on Friday, August 16, with conditions expected to persist into Saturday morning. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has warned of potential fog or mist formation in some internal and coastal areas.
While most of the day is expected to be fair, with occasional cloudiness, the eastern coast may see low clouds in the morning. Temperatures are forecasted to peak at 44ºC in Abu Dhabi and 43ºC in Dubai, while mountain regions might see lows of 23ºC.
Light to moderate winds are anticipated, which could freshen at times, leading to dusty conditions. The sea will remain slight in the Arabian Gulf, while the Oman Sea could become rough by Saturday morning.
