The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security has introduced a new digital service allowing resident families to manage all their transactions through a single application, doing away with the need to access multiple platforms for different requests.
Under the “Resident Family” project, households can now consolidate data entry, document uploads, and payments into one process. Previously, family members had to submit separate applications for each individual, requiring repeated steps for the same service.
The initiative falls under the UAE’s broader “Zero Bureaucracy” drive, which aims to cut unnecessary administrative steps across government services.
