The Federal Authority for Human Resources has announced that Sunday, September 15, will be a holiday for federal government employees in observance of Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) birthday.
In a statement shared on social media, the Authority confirmed that a circular had been issued to ministries and federal entities regarding the holiday for the year 1446 AH in the Islamic calendar. The decision aligns with the approved official holiday schedule for both the public and private sectors in 2024.
