T3T Sport Management has officially unveiled the first three athletes to join its growing roster under the “Ballin’ Beyond Borders” program, marking a significant milestone in the organization’s mission to discover, develop, and connect Filipino basketball talent with international opportunities.
Leading the inaugural roster is Jed Salaveria, a professional basketball player from the Philippines whose exceptional talent and dedication have earned him recognition from his grassroots beginnings to the professional stage. Fresh off his impressive performance in the recently concluded Kalayaan Cup 2026 in Dubai, Salaveria captured the admiration of the Filipino community in the UAE through his leadership, skill, and passion for the game.
Joining him is Allen Bernard Papa, an emerging athlete who has consistently showcased his abilities in both local and international competitions, proving himself as one of the promising Filipino talents to watch.
Completing the first class of T3T athletes is Hans Delos Reyes, a standout product of grassroots basketball who was recognized as one of the top performers during the T3T Kings of Parañaque 2025. His impressive performance earned him the opportunity to represent T3T on the international stage, where he continued to showcase his talent during the Kalayaan Cup 2026 in Dubai. His relentless work ethic and commitment embody T3T Sport Management’s vision of developing homegrown athletes into globally competitive players.
The announcement reflects T3T Sport Management’s commitment to building a bridge between Filipino athletes and international opportunities while strengthening the presence of Philippine basketball beyond its borders.
The three athletes are expected to become regular fixtures in T3T’s international basketball events, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, as the organization continues to expand through competitive leagues, exhibitions, community outreach programs, and international collaborations.
