The Creative Event Management hosted an exhilarating volleyball tournament as part of the Creative Summer Sports Festival Season IV, where Team Blockbuster emerged as the champions after a fierce battle in the finals against Team Fairplay, who secured the second place.
The one-day event was filled with excitement, highlighted by an awarding ceremony attended by notable guests including Kabayan Rico Mondejar Cardoniga of Tatak Pinoy Loud and Proud, VIP Dancer & Director Irene Villaroya, Filipino Kasambahay Club Dubai President Liza & Eva, Super MOM UAE 1st Runner-Up 2024 Maria Palmenco, Mr. Babu of Volleyball Indian Federation, and the Zumba Ladies of Deira Rigga led by Celia.
Individual awards were also handed out, with Basilyn Delfin being named the tournament’s Most Valuable Player (MVP), Ailyn Ferrer receiving the Best Spiker award, and Arriane Yap recognized as the Best Libero.
Presented by Al Hana Modern Medical Center under the leadership of Dr. Omar Abbas and Anlin, and supported by Sebamed.es, Nikon School, Nikon MEA, Maria Paz Pastry Dubai, Al Ansari Exchange, Igloo Ice Cream ME, Igloo Ice Cream, and BDO Network Bank PH, the tournament was a thrilling showcase of athletic talent and community spirit.
The event concluded with a celebration of all participants, teams, and a special thanks to the Creative staff, volleyball committees led by Guin Baquir and Aque Ordonez, and distinguished brand partners for making the event a grand success.
