Philippine consulate in Dubai to offer free health, eye check-ups on April 30

Filipino families visiting the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai can avail of free medical and eye screening services, with the consulate opening its premises for a health outreach activity on April 30, 2026.

Running from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the consulate’s Al Qusais 3 facility, the event — called Alumana: Free Health and Eye Check-up — is being organized in partnership with San Lucas Medical Center and Vision & Style Opticals. Children, parents, and other family members accompanying consular service applicants that day are welcome to participate.

The activity coincides with the consulate’s 2nd Babies Day, a dedicated processing day for Reports of Birth and passport applications for infants. Scheduling both events on the same date allows families with pending documentation needs to access preventive health screening without a separate trip.

Alumana is one of several initiatives under the Consulate General’s broader Pasiklab Pinoy 2026 campaign, which frames the consulate’s public service programs around community welfare and family-centered engagement for Filipinos in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai is located at 851 Beirut Street, Al Qusais 3, Dubai.
