Passport, NBI clearance, and SSS services coming to Al Khobar Filipinos this weekend

The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh will bring consular services directly to Filipinos in the Eastern Province through an Embassy-on-Wheels mission in Al Khobar on July 10 and 11, 2026.

The two-day outreach will run at the InterContinental Al Khobar, with hours set from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday, July 11.

Applicants can avail of a range of services during the mission. These include passport applications for new and renewal cases, along with passport releasing, and civil registration covering reports of birth, marriage, and death, marriage applications, and petitions for clerical error or change of first name. The team will also handle travel document issuance, authentication and notarization of documents, endorsements for Saudi Police Clearance and Philippine NBI Clearance, and the issuance of No Objection Certificates for the repatriation of remains.

A Migrant Workers Office desk will process employment contract verification for individual workers, provide labor consultations, and accommodate OWWA membership renewal and OWWA ID applications. The mission will also feature an assistance desk for non-OFWs, a Social Security System desk, and a Pag-IBIG services desk.

The Embassy advised that passport applicants for issuance or renewal must book an appointment through the DFA Global Online Appointment System. Walk-in applicants will be accommodated but only in limited numbers.

Applicants are also reminded to bring cash to pay for services, as the Embassy has no facility for debit card payments. For more information, Filipinos may contact the Consular Section through the Embassy hotline at 056-989-3301 or by email at riyadhpe.consular@dfa.gov.ph.
