Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can apply for a range of free skills and livelihood training programs through the OWWA Kasanayan at Kabuhayan Center (OKKC), with pre-registration accepted until September 25, 2026.
The program, implemented by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), offers courses designed to develop technical, business, and digital skills that OFWs can use for employment or livelihood opportunities.
Among the available programs are Barista NC II, Housekeeping NC II, Bartending NC II, Bookkeeping NC II, and Caregiving NC II. The training lineup also includes Virtual Assistant Services NC III, Japanese Language and Culture, Digital Livelihood Trainings, and an AI Training Program.
Training sessions will be conducted at the OWWA Development Center along Solana Street in Intramuros, Manila. The initiative is open to OFWs who meet the requirements for the respective training programs.

OWWA also stated that an allowance will be provided to qualified participants, giving eligible OFWs additional support while taking part in the training programs.
