Angelica Poquiz Yulo, the mother of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, has put a fully furnished house and lot in Cavite up for sale. The property is located in Green Park Villas 2, Malagasang 2C, Imus, Cavite.
In a Facebook post on September 8, Angelica shared details and photos of the property, which has a 50-square-meter lot area and a 100-square-meter floor area. The house includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, two toilets and bathrooms, a 55-inch television, a refrigerator, and both split-type and window-type air conditioning units. The sale also includes motor accessories and spare parts worth P300,000, which Angelica suggested could be used for a motor shop business.
The photos show several images of Carlos Yulo in the living room during competitions, as well as additional pictures of the gymnast displayed in the hallway upstairs. One of the bathrooms even features a portrait of Carlos wearing a medal, standing with his hand on his chest against the backdrop of the Philippine flag.
Though Angelica’s post did not disclose the property’s price, comments indicated that it is valued at P5 million. Angelica’s relative, Ana Bonita Poquiz, also shared the listing on social media, mentioning that the house was originally intended for Carlos, but remains unoccupied.
