Filipino residents in Dubai can now sign up for hands-on instruction in emergency lifesaving techniques at no cost, with two session dates set for July 25 and July 31, 2026.
The program, called AGAP, forms part of the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai’s Pasiklab Pinoy 2026 campaign and is being carried out alongside the Dubai Heart Safe City Initiative. Hayat Institute is the Consulate’s partner in delivering the sessions.
Coursework covers three areas: cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), operating an automated external defibrillator (AED), and navigating the ASEFNI (Save Me) emergency application.
Sessions will run at Office 323 of the Oud Metha Offices Building in Dubai Healthcare City. The venue sits near the Citibank Building and Raffles Dubai.
“During a medical emergency, immediate and informed action can mean the difference between life and death. Through AGAP, we hope to equip members of our community with the confidence and practical skills to protect their families, colleagues, and fellow residents,” Consul General Ambrosio Brian F. Enciso III said.
Slots are limited, and registration for either date is handled through bit.ly/Agap-DHSC. The Consulate indicated additional sessions could be added later, with announcements to follow.
“I encourage our kababayan to take part in this meaningful initiative and help advance our shared vision of a safer, more resilient, and heart-safe Dubai,” Enciso said.
