Investigators in Dubai are turning to residents for help putting a name to a man whose body has gone unclaimed. Authorities have released a photograph of the deceased in hopes that someone will recognize him.
The man was discovered within the area covered by the Ports Police Station, carrying no papers that could establish who he was. Officers have since moved his remains to the Forensic Medicine Department under the General Department of Forensics and Criminology, where specialists will work to establish how he died.
So far, no missing-person report has been filed that matches the individual, and no relatives or acquaintances have stepped forward.
