A new off-road motorsport facility is taking shape at Dubai Autodrome, with the venue launching MotoDrome — a purpose-built destination that brings together motocross, quad riding, cross cars, and electric dirt bikes under one structured setup.
Built within the venue’s Hill Circuit, MotoDrome is anchored by a 1.8-kilometre main motocross track and a 1.2-kilometre flow track intended for smaller bikes and beginners. Three progressive riding levels guide participants from introductory sessions toward more advanced terrain, with elevation changes built into the layout to add variety to the riding experience.
Sessions will be segmented by rider type and vehicle category — covering bikes, quads, electric bikes, and younger riders — bringing the same health, safety, and environment standards already in place across Dubai Autodrome’s existing operations.
Faisal Al Sahlawi, General Manager of Dubai Autodrome, said the launch reflects the venue’s broader direction. “MotoDrome marks a significant milestone in the evolution of Dubai Autodrome, a subsidiary of Union Properties. As we expand our offering, our focus remains on creating accessible, structured experiences built around the needs of our community. With MotoDrome, we are bringing multiple off-road experiences together in one purpose-built environment, while maintaining the standards of quality, safety, and experience that define Dubai Autodrome.”
Phase one of the facility is expected to be completed by end of May, with the initial programme centered on training and open track days. A summer night racing series covering bike, e-bike, and quad categories is planned to follow, along with a dedicated dirt go-kart track in later phases.
