Book your slot or watch online: St Mary’s Catholic Church Dubai resumes limited services

Registered adults only, no outdoor activities, and a mandatory pre-booking system — these are the conditions under which St Mary’s Catholic Church in Dubai has been cleared to resume in-person liturgical services, according to a report by Khaleej Times.

Permission has been granted for services to take place across several designated indoor spaces within the parish grounds: the Main Church, Bishop Gremoli Hall, Bishop Paul Hall, and the rooms above Bishop Paul Hall. No outdoor areas on the premises will be available for gatherings or any other activities during this phase.

Entry to weekend Masses will be limited to adults 18 years and older. Children will not be admitted, and attendance without prior registration will not be accepted. Slots must be secured through the church’s official website before arriving, with no provision for walk-ins. Parishioners who miss the registration window for their preferred Mass schedule are advised to follow services through the church’s online streaming instead.

Should an emergency arise during any service, church officials have a contingency plan in place and are directing parishioners to follow usher instructions at all times.

The church administration acknowledged the patience of its community throughout the process leading to this reopening.
