Atlantis is offering free entry to Aquaventure World and its aquarium for Dubai residents and visitors

Atlantis, The Palm is offering complimentary access to two of its marquee attractions as the emirate navigates an unsettled regional climate.

Between March 10 and March 22, a limited number of free daily tickets will be made available for Aquaventure World and the Lost World Aquarium — formerly known as the Lost Chambers Aquarium — with each transaction capped at four tickets.

Sascha Triemer, General Manager and Vice President of Aquaventure World at Atlantis Dubai, framed the gesture as a community-driven response to the current moment. “We are proud to be part of Dubai and its community,” he said. “If we can offer even a small moment of relief and a few smiles, then we’ve done something meaningful.”

The timing coincides with an early school spring break, which also wraps up on March 22, giving families an unplanned window to take advantage of the offer.

The Lost World Aquarium, recently rebranded and overhauled, now features 14 interactive rooms. Aquaventure World, which holds the distinction of being the world’s largest waterpark, includes a one-kilometre private beach.

Reservations must be made online at aquaventureworld.com/tickets ahead of any visit — tickets will not be available at the gate. Visitors will be required to provide contact details and credit card information to complete the booking, though Atlantis has clarified no charges will be processed; the card is used only to secure the reservation.

The complimentary tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Guests are advised to monitor official government channels and Aquaventure World’s social media accounts before heading out.
