The Dubai Police have bolstered their patrol fleet with the latest addition of the RAM TRX, a high-performance vehicle distributed by Al-Futtaim Automotive Company. This move is in line with the Dubai Police Force’s ongoing strategy to incorporate cutting-edge, high-performance vehicles to enhance operational efficiency and maintain safety and security in the emirate.
The sleek RAM TRX, decked out in the distinctive green livery of the Dubai Police, was unveiled at a ceremony attended by His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, and Yousuf Ali Al Raeesi, Director of Government Affairs, Consumer Relations, and HSSE at Al-Futtaim Automotive Company. Also present were other high-ranking officials from the Dubai Police and representatives from Al-Futtaim Automotive, including Marco Melani, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Trading, Rakesh Janardhanan, Managing Director of US Brands, and Stuart Laurie, Head of Brand for Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram Trucks in the Stellantis Middle East.
H.E Al Marri took a closer look at the RAM TRX, emphasizing its unique features and specifications. The vehicle is renowned for its supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine, which delivers exceptional horsepower and torque. This powerhouse engine allows the truck to achieve remarkable acceleration and speed, solidifying its reputation as one of the fastest pickup trucks on the road.
Highlighting the Dubai Police’s commitment to integrating the latest car models into their vehicle fleet, H.E Al Marri explained that their choices prioritize efficiency and flexibility to effectively handle a wide range of situations and circumstances. He stated, “This initiative aims to strengthen the security presence of police personnel and enhance the overall quality of security and law enforcement services, as well as contributes to the enforcement of traffic laws and regulations, aligning with the strategic goals of the Dubai Police in establishing and upholding safety and security across the emirate.”
