Chilly nights ahead in the UAE: Temperatures to drop as low as 7ºC in inland areas

The National Centre of Meteorology in the UAE has forecasted a generally fair day ahead for the country. Residents can expect light to moderate winds throughout the day, adding a pleasant coolness to the air.

Temperatures are predicted to reach highs of around 28ºC in some areas. Specifically, the mercury is set to rise to 25ºC in Abu Dhabi and 26ºC in Dubai, offering comfortable warmth. However, cooler temperatures will be experienced during the night, with lows of 14ºC in Abu Dhabi, 15ºC in Dubai, and a brisk 7ºC in some internal areas.

Humidity levels are also expected to increase by night and into Sunday morning, especially over coastal regions. This could lead to the formation of mist in these areas. Humidity levels will vary, ranging from 30 to 85 per cent in Abu Dhabi and from 40 to 75 per cent in Dubai, making for a humid end to the day in these cities.

Marine conditions are forecasted to be calm. Both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman sea are expected to see slight conditions, making it an ideal day for sea-goers and maritime activities.
