In its 141st draw held on 12 August 2023, Mahzooz, UAE’s premier weekly lottery, continued its tradition of making dreams come true.
Following a grand payout of AED 20 million just two weeks ago, the weekend draw crowned two more fortunate winners: Tulsi from Nepal and Ageeb from Sudan.
Tulsi, a 29-year-old technician living in Al Quoz, Dubai, was overjoyed to win AED 1 million.
Having consistently participated in Mahzooz for over a year, the win was a delightful surprise for Tulsi, who has spent 11 years in the UAE. Upon receiving the news via an email, Tulsi disclosed his aspiration to invest the windfall in building a home in Nepal.
Alongside him, Ageeb, a 44-year-old mechanical engineer based in Ajman and a fervent football fan, took home AED 50,000 in gold coins as part of Mahzooz’s Golden Summer Draw. Although new to Mahzooz, having registered only in February 2023, Ageeb’s determination quickly bore fruit.
The same lottery draw also benefitted 742 other participants who collectively shared prize money totaling AED 1,382,250.
For a mere AED 35, individuals can purchase a bottle of Mahzooz water and participate in the weekly Saturday draws. The draws offer a chance at the grand prize of AED 20 million and the weekly Raffle Draw’s AED 1 million prize. Additionally, participants between 29 July and 2 September 2023 will automatically enter a special golden draw, presenting an opportunity to win AED 50,000 in gold coins weekly for five weeks.
