Filipino engineering excellence took center stage as the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Qatar honored its Top Filipino Civil Engineers in Qatar 2026 during the Civil Engineering Gala and Awards Night held on August 6 at La Cigale Hotel, Doha.
Held under the theme “Behind Every Mask Lies a Legacy,” the evening celebrated Filipino civil engineers whose professional journeys reflect dedication, competence, leadership, and service in Qatar.
The recognition brought together engineers from different fields and career backgrounds, highlighting the important role Filipino professionals continue to play in Qatar’s construction and infrastructure sector. From project delivery and construction management to planning, design, cost management, supervision, and other technical disciplines, Filipino engineers contribute to projects that form part of Qatar’s continuing development.

PICE Qatar President Engr. Jundee Mar Tejedo welcomed the guests and awardees, while Cultural Attache Camille Christine Joy Manlapaz-Kumar, representing Philippine Ambassador Mardomel Celo Melicor, joined the celebration as Guest of Honor.
