A round-the-clock helpline staffed specifically for UAE Golden Visa holders is now among several consular services extended to residents holding the long-term permit, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The call center channel, reachable at +97124931133, handles inquiries and urgent cases at any hour for permit holders who are outside the country.
Beyond the hotline, the ministry has outlined provisions covering document replacement, crisis assistance, and end-of-life arrangements. All categories of Golden Visa holders qualify.
Travelers who lose a passport or find it damaged while overseas can apply for a return document, issued electronically, that permits reentry into the UAE without waiting for a full passport replacement.
For emergencies and crisis situations abroad, the ministry works through UAE embassies and consulates in the affected country. Golden Visa holders are folded into emergency response planning, with procedures activated to account for their safety and immediate needs during exceptional circumstances.
The ministry also arranges the return of remains when a Golden Visa holder dies outside the UAE. Coordination with health authorities and other official bodies is intended to shorten processing times for repatriation and burial in the UAE, with support extended to the family throughout.
