Filipino jobseekers bound for Oman can now finish their medical exams and visa paperwork under one roof, following the opening of a new processing hub in Metro Manila.
Oman Post has launched the Oman Visa and Medical Centre at San Lorenzo Place Mall in Makati City. The company describes it as the first facility of its kind to combine both requirements at a single site.
Applicants seeking employment in the Sultanate previously had to visit separate locations to complete each step. Consolidating them is expected to cut waiting periods and remove several stages from the application process.
Oman Post said the setup was built around speed, efficiency and transparency, with safeguards in place for handling applicants’ personal data and submitted documents.
In announcing the facility, the postal operator said work visa applicants can now complete the required procedures “in one place, faster, more efficiently, securely, and transparently.”
The center is open Monday through Friday, from 10:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
