Voters are split three ways at the summit of the 2026 senatorial race, according to survey results from Arkipelago Analytics that place Baste Duterte, Leni Robredo, and Robin Padilla in a dead heat. All three drew 48 percent voter preference, leaving no clear front-runner among the leading contenders for the first through third spots.
The polling firm gathered responses between May 26 and June 2, 2026, sitting down for face-to-face interviews with 2,637 adults aged 18 and older drawn from a nationally representative sample. Interviewers worked across all 18 regions using a stratified design that separated respondents into urban and rural clusters. National figures carry a margin of error of ±2 percent at a 96 percent confidence level; area-level results are subject to a wider ±5 percent margin at 95 percent confidence.
Just behind the top trio, Vico Sotto and Loren Legarda each landed 45 percent to share the fourth and fifth positions. Raffy Tulfo and Alan Peter Cayetano came next at 42 percent apiece, holding sixth and seventh.
The upper reaches of the field grew more crowded further down. Pulong Duterte, Francis Escudero, and Mark Villar all registered 39 percent, while Dingdong Dantes and Grace Poe rounded out the top twelve at 35 percent each.
A cluster of hopefuls sat within reach of the winning bracket. Jinggoy Estrada, Ben Bitag Tulfo, Nancy Binay, Joy Belmonte, and Vice Ganda tied at 33 percent for the thirteenth through seventeenth slots. Jimmy Bondoc, Sonny Angara, and Manny Pacquiao trailed slightly at 30 percent each, taking the 18th to 20th positions.
Measurable support extended well beyond the top twenty. Rex Gatchalian and JV Ejercito posted 28 percent, followed by Rowena Guanzon, Mike Defensor, and Bong Revilla at 27 percent. Vince Dizon and Ralph Recto stood at 24 percent, with Benhur Abalos, Franklin Drilon, and Mar Roxas each at 21 percent.
Lower on the ballot, Gringo Honasan, Francis Tolentino, and Heidi Mendoza shared 19 percent for the 31st through 33rd spots, while Philip Salvador, Willie Revillame, and Bonifacio Bosita each drew 14 percent.
At the tail of the field, Chel Diokno and Doc Marites Mata each took 8 percent, ahead of Vic Rodriguez and Antonio Trillanes at 7 percent. Teddy Casiño and Ka Leody de Guzman followed with 5 percent apiece. Apollo Quiboloy, France Castro, and Martin Romualdez each closed the roster at 4 percent.
