Cebu Pacific, in a recent announcement on Monday, has introduced an enhanced baggage policy, offering passengers the opportunity to carry additional luggage on their flights. The airline now allows customers to select up to three pieces of luggage, with options including 20kg, 24kg, 28kg, or 32kg variants, a significant increase from the previous limit of two pieces of 20kg or 32kg each.
This change aims to provide passengers with more flexibility and control over their travel needs. To take advantage of this new policy, customers can easily purchase their preferred pre-paid baggage allowance through the Manage Booking portal available on Cebu Pacific’s online booking platform.
Candice Iyog, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Cebu Pacific, highlighted the benefits of the updated baggage policy. She emphasized that it not only offers lower rates compared to standard airport charges, but also ensures a quicker and more efficient bag drop process at the airport, ultimately reducing travel expenses and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Cebu Pacific, known for its extensive flight network, currently operates in 35 domestic and 25 international destinations across Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.
