Cebu Pacific has extended its suspension of Dubai routes through May 31, 2026, as the budget carrier continues to monitor the security situation across the Middle East region.
The airline’s Advisory No. 12, issued April 23, covers cancellations affecting flights operating to and from Dubai. CEB said further schedule changes remain possible as the situation continues to develop.
Passengers on affected flights have been notified via email and may choose from three options through the Manage Booking portal at cebupacificair.com: a free rebooking for travel within 30 days of the original flight date, with fare difference applying beyond that window; a travel fund that stores the ticket value in a virtual CEB wallet usable for future bookings or add-ons; or a full cash refund.
Travelers are advised to verify their flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and confirm that their contact details on file are current to receive timely alerts. CEB’s official social media accounts will carry ongoing updates as the situation evolves.
