Philippine Airlines is pulling out of five routes — two international and three domestic — beginning as early as mid-April, with no set date for their resumption.
On the international side, flights between Cebu and Guam (PR120/PR121) will stop operating from April 16 until further notice. The Cebu–Ho Chi Minh City service (PR587/PR588) follows on April 19, though PAL has carved out exceptions on May 1, 3, 24, and 31.
Three domestic routes face similar suspensions in early May. The Clark–Siargao service (PR2875/PR2876) is grounded from May 4, while Cebu–Ozamiz (PR2893/PR2894) halts a day later on May 5. Cebu–Calbayog (PR2668/PR2669) closes out the list, suspending from May 6.
PAL attributed the schedule changes to “changing conditions affecting global aviation” but did not specify the cause further in its advisory.
Cargo shipments on all five routes are also disrupted. The airline said it is coordinating with logistics partners to find alternative routing for affected shipments.
Passengers holding tickets on suspended flights may rebook to alternative routes within 60 days at no penalty, convert their tickets to travel credits, or request a full refund. PAL said its customer service teams are available through its website, contact center, and ticket offices.
