Passengers booked on Cebu Pacific flights between the Philippines and Dubai have until April 30 to request free rebooking or convert their tickets to travel fund credits, as the budget carrier widens its response to the ongoing security crisis in the Middle East.
In its tenth advisory on the situation, issued March 26, the airline confirmed cancellations covering Dubai routes are now extended through April 20, 2026. Affected passengers were notified by email and directed to the carrier’s Manage Booking portal, where three options are available: free rebooking within 30 days of the original flight date, conversion to a CEB travel fund usable for future bookings or add-ons, or a full refund.
Rebooking beyond the 30-day window will incur a fare difference.
Cebu Pacific is also extending flexible options — free rebooking and travel fund conversion — to passengers who choose to voluntarily postpone Dubai-bound or Dubai-originating flights scheduled on or before April 30. The same flexibility applies to Riyadh routes, but only for departures scheduled on or before March 31. Both options can be accessed through the Manage Booking portal up to two hours before scheduled departure.
The airline said the situation in the region remains fluid and that further schedule changes are possible. Passengers are advised to check real-time flight status at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and to keep their contact information current to receive updates.
