Cebu Pacific has cancelled all its flights between the Philippines and Dubai through March 28, 2026, as the budget carrier continues to monitor the deteriorating security situation across the Middle East.
The airline, which issued its ninth advisory on the matter as of 3:00 PM on Sunday, acknowledged that the situation remains fluid and that further scheduling changes could still follow.
Passengers holding tickets on cancelled Dubai flights have three options available through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website: a full refund, conversion of the ticket value into a Travel Fund stored in a virtual CEB wallet, or free rebooking for travel within 30 days of the original flight date. A fare difference applies if the rebooked travel date falls beyond that 30-day window.
Beyond the outright cancellations, the airline is also extending flexible options to passengers who have not yet been directly affected but may wish to adjust their plans. Those with Dubai bookings through April 18 and Riyadh bookings through March 31 may avail themselves of free rebooking or Travel Fund conversion, provided they do so no later than two hours before their scheduled departure.
Cebu Pacific urged passengers to verify their contact details are current so they receive real-time flight notifications, and to track updates at cebupacificair.com/flight-status and through the airline’s official social media channels.
