Flydubai announced specific departures from Dubai International Airport on Monday evening as part of a cautious, phased return to operations by the emirate’s airlines following a suspension period.
The budget carrier’s outbound flights include services to Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, and Novosibirsk. Inbound services returning to Dubai are scheduled from Hargeisa, Islamabad, Multan, and Sialkot.
Emirates, meanwhile, confirmed it would also launch a limited number of flights Monday evening, though it stopped short of publishing a flight list. The airline said passengers who were rebooked onto these initial departures would be reached directly and urged others to stay away from the airport until they receive word. “Please do not go to the airport unless you have been notified,” the carrier said.
The bulk of Emirates flights remain on hold. “Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly,” it said, offering no timeline for broader operations to restart.
Etihad Airways separately indicated it may resume some repatriation flights, though the Abu Dhabi carrier has not confirmed specific routes or schedules.
Emirates said customers with earlier bookings would be given priority on the limited available services.
