A new documentary project is set to chronicle the return of the SexBomb Girls, following the momentum of their widely attended comeback concerts. The group has released the first teaser for “Get Get Aw!: The Sexbomb Docuseries,” giving viewers a preview of the personal stories behind their reunion on stage.
The clip, posted online by leader Rochelle Pangilinan, carries the line: “Sa likod ng ‘Get Get Aww’ ay pawis, luha, at pusong hindi sumuko. This is our story. This is the SexBomb legacy.” It combines behind-the-scenes footage from a photoshoot with scenes from their packed concert performances.
In the preview, Weng Ibarra shares that she did not want to look back with regret over a missed chance to reunite. Jopay Paguia appears expressing joy about performing again with her fellow members, while Pangilinan is shown emotional as she recounts approaching several producers to mount the reunion concert, only to be turned down by most of them.
Mia Pangyarihan also speaks candidly about being underestimated as a dancer, followed by Sunshine Garcia declaring, “Wala akong pakialam kung dancer ako (I don’t care if I’m a dancer).” Aira Bermudez reflects on returning to the craft that first defined her, underscoring the importance of dancing in her life. As the teaser closes, Sunshine adds, “Ito ‘yung nagbago ng buhay namin, itong grupong ‘to, at ipagmamalaki ko ‘to hanggang sa pagtanda ko (This is what changed our lives, this group, and I will be proud of it until I grow old).”
The documentary arrives after a string of high-demand reunion shows. The concert series was first announced toward the end of 2025 and opened with a full-house performance at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in December. Additional dates were mounted at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in February 2026 following strong ticket sales, and a provincial stop in Tacloban City has also been scheduled.
Plans for international performances are underway, including appearances in the Middle East and the United States later this year.
In the UAE, presale tickets for the group’s Dubai concert open on February 27, 2026, with entry prices starting at AED 350. The show will take place at Hall 2 of the Dubai World Trade Center, and tickets will be sold through accesspass.ae once released.
