The Philippine Nurses Association – Bahrain Chapter (PNAB) formally inducted its newly elected and appointed officers during a ceremony held on February 18, 2026, at the Philippine Embassy in Bahrain.
The oath-taking event signaled the start of a new term for the association, with members gathering to witness the official assumption of duties of the 2025–2026 leadership team.

Philippine Ambassador to Bahrain His Excellency Hon. Gines Jaime Ricardo D. Gallaga officiated the induction ceremony, lending official recognition to the milestone event. In his message, Gallaga underscored the value of strong leadership, unity, and service, while also stressing the importance of community organizations in supporting professional development, collaboration, and meaningful engagement among members.
PNAB members described the occasion as a moment of continuity and renewed commitment, with the gathering also reinforcing camaraderie within the organization.
The association said it remains focused on strengthening its mission through collaboration, advancing professional growth among Filipino nurses in Bahrain, and expanding community engagement initiatives.

PNAB’s newly elected and appointed officers for the 2025–2026 term are led by President Cynthia Amar, BSN, RN, with Jinno Cunanan, BSN, RN serving as vice president. Janice Sinepete, BSN, RN was named secretary, alongside Assistant Secretary Abba Katerina Manlangit, BSN, RN.
Aileen Sierra, BSN, RN will serve as treasurer, with Maria Nina Magno, BSN, RN as assistant treasurer. Iril Nual, BSN, RN was appointed auditor, supported by Assistant Auditor Arvin Jay Caya, BSN, RN.
Joyce Bagang, BSN, RN was named public relations officer, with Francis Ivan Sana, BSN, RN serving as assistant PRO.
