The awards night also recognized a wide range of Star Icon Awardees and special honorees from various industries. GMA Pinoy TV was conferred the Global Icon in Filipino Broadcasting Award, recognizing its role in connecting millions of Filipinos worldwide through news, entertainment, and public service programming, with the award accepted by Joseph Francia, First Vice President and Head of International Operations of GMA International.

Notable Filipino celebrities and influencers were also honored and present during the evening, including Piolo Pascual, Catriona Gray, Zeinab Harake, Glenda Dela Cruz, Pia Marie Yanson, Renee Salud, Dr. Carl E. Balita, Rian Fernandez, and Aquino Plotado. Veteran journalist and documentarian Atom Araullo served as Guest of Honor and was conferred the Lifetime Achievement in Public Service Journalism.

The event was graced by senior Philippine government officials and diplomatic leaders, underscoring strong institutional support for the global Filipino community. Among those in attendance were Hans Leo J. Cacdac, Secretary of the Department of Migrant Workers; Patricia Yvonne Caunan, Administrator of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration; John Rio Bautista, Labor Attaché of the Migrant Workers Office–Dubai; Alfonso Ferdinand A. Ver, Philippine Ambassador to the UAE; and Ambrosio Brian F. Enciso III, Philippine Consul General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
