Glenda dela Cruz has publicly detailed her entry into real estate development in Dubai, outlining the formation of a company in 2023.
In a social media post written while she is in the UAE, dela Cruz said she co-founded a real estate development firm with a business partner she described as private and deliberately low-profile. She identified the company as Brillana Real Estate Development LLC, adding that their operations are still in the early stages.
“I started my Real Estate Development Company in 2023 here in Dubai with the person who trusted and admire my capabilities,” she wrote. “He’s a private person and always tell me to keep low and keep things private.”
Dela Cruz said the company has not yet begun construction on its first project but disclosed that the property was already sold for AED 15.5 million, which she translated to approximately ₱248 million. She did not reveal profit figures and stressed that further details about the venture would remain undisclosed for now.
Addressing long-standing online accusations questioning her wealth and business activities, dela Cruz framed the disclosure as a response to critics rather than a promotional announcement. She rejected claims labeling her a scammer or money launderer and emphasized that trust from her partner mattered more than public validation.
“Hindi pako BIG TIME dito pero the FACT that my Business Partner trusted me, winner nako nun,” she said. “Nagsisimula palang kami.”
She also stated that she is not seeking outside investors for the real estate venture and explicitly said she does not want funds coming from overseas Filipino workers, instead encouraging continued support for her existing consumer businesses.
“I don’t need an investor. Hindi ko kailangan ng pera ng mga pinaghirapan ng mga OFWs,” she wrote. “Bumili lang kayo ng product namin, sapat na.”
Dela Cruz, who built her public profile through the beauty industry, was recently recognized in Dubai during The Global Filipino Icon Awards 2026, where she received the Global Visionary in Beauty & Entrepreneurship award.
