Feedback gathered directly from overseas Filipino workers in Dubai pointed to a strong level of satisfaction with the delivery of government services during the third leg of the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo: OFW Serbisyo Caravan.
Results of an on-site survey conducted on January 10–11, 2026 showed that 98.7 percent of OFW respondents expressed gratitude for the assistance they received during the caravan. Beneficiaries cited the speed, organization, and humane handling of transactions across a wide range of services, including contract verification, legal and labor consultations, documentation support, and other frontline assistance.
The Dubai outreach was implemented by the Department of Migrant Workers in collaboration with nine partner government agencies, applying a whole-of-government framework that consolidated services into a single, coordinated operation. Survey responses indicated that the approach reduced waiting times and simplified procedures that OFWs typically need to complete across multiple offices.
Participants noted that the consistency of service quality across different counters contributed to the positive assessment, particularly for workers addressing time-sensitive concerns related to employment records, welfare cases, and compliance requirements. The survey results were based on immediate post-service feedback collected at the venue, reflecting first-hand impressions of the transactions completed during the two-day period.
