MWO Dubai extends OFW services beyond caravan dates, no pre-registration required

The Migrant Workers Office (MWO)–Dubai has formally announced an extension of select government services at its office in Dubai, following the conclusion of the OFW Serbisyo Caravan held over the weekend.

In MWO Dubai Advisory No. 1-B, Series of 2026, dated January 11, 2026, the office confirmed that additional services will continue to be provided at MWO Dubai, as part of the third leg of the Bagong Bayani ng Mundo – OFW Serbisyo Caravan. The advisory clarified that the extended services will be offered without the need for pre-registration.

According to the notice, PhilHealth will extend its on-site services at MWO Dubai from January 12 to 15, 2026, operating daily from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Office of the President – Public Assistance Center (OP-PACe) is likewise scheduled to render assistance at MWO Dubai on January 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The advisory also stated that MWO, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Social Security System (SSS), and Pag-IBIG Fund have resumed their regular office services at MWO Dubai, ensuring continued access to essential government transactions for overseas Filipinos following the large-scale outreach.

The service extension comes after the successful two-day OFW Serbisyo Caravan on January 10 and 11, which consolidated multiple Philippine government agencies to address documentation, welfare, and social protection concerns of Filipino migrant workers in the UAE. The initiative was spearheaded by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through MWO Dubai, in coordination with the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai.
