Passport renewal, voting registration set for third OFW caravan in Dubai

Several consular transactions will be made available to overseas Filipino workers in Dubai as part of the third leg of the OFW Serbisyo Caravan, an inter-agency initiative led by the Office of the President and the Department of Migrant Workers.

During the January 2026 activity, the Philippine Consulate General – Dubai will deploy a consular mission to deliver key services to Filipino nationals. These include passport renewal, notarial services, civil registration, reporting of marriages, issuance of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage documents, and overseas voting registration.

The consular mission forms part of the broader third-phase rollout of the OFW Serbisyo Caravan, which is being implemented through the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai. The caravan consolidates multiple government services in one venue to reduce processing barriers faced by Filipinos working abroad.

Applicants who intend to avail themselves of consular services are required to complete pre-registration through the official consular registration link designated for the caravan. Authorities clarified that services handled separately by the Migrant Workers Office have distinct registration links, and participants are advised to use the correct form corresponding to the service they need.

The OFW Serbisyo Caravan is designed to expand access to government assistance by bringing essential services closer to overseas Filipino workers.
