St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dubai has announced the resumption of all parish activities, events, Masses, and prayers following an improvement in weather conditions.
In an update issued shortly after earlier cancellations due to heavy rainfall and official safety directives, the parish said regular religious activities will continue, provided that all applicable safety and regulatory procedures are strictly observed. The announcement reverses the temporary suspension that had been implemented as authorities urged the public to avoid gatherings amid unstable weather across parts of the UAE.
The resumption comes as conditions in Dubai stabilize after a day of rain and strong winds that prompted multiple institutions, including churches, to halt activities as a precaution. Church officials thanked parishioners for their cooperation and understanding during the disruption and emphasized continued compliance with safety guidelines as activities move forward.
