A day before thousands of festivalgoers gather at Sahara Centre, organizers of Shukran Festival 2025 hosted a media briefing on Thursday, December 12, bringing together members of the press, digital creators, and event partners ahead of the festival’s major public program.
The gathering served as a preview of the festival’s highlight activities scheduled for Friday, December 13, with RT Restobar providing catering for the evening. Media representatives and partners were given an overview of the performances and community-driven segments lined up for the day.
Bela Padilla, a featured artist from The Filipino Channel, attended the briefing and shared her anticipation for meeting the Filipino community during the festival. “I’m excited to give love and smiles to thousands of Filipinos tomorrow,” she said, referring to her scheduled appearance at Sahara Centre, the home of Shukran Festival 2025.
Her performance is expected to be one of the main highlights of the program, with organizers confirming that Padilla has prepared several surprises for attendees.
Friday, December 13, will also mark the Grand Coronation of the first-ever Shukran Festival Prince and Princess, a milestone event within the festival’s lineup.
Shukran Festival 2025 is presented by Infinite Communities, FAB, OnDemand Pay, Manny Johnson Productions, Penz Global, Love, Josie, Sahara Centre, and The Filipino Channel, which serves as the festival’s official home and media partner. The program starts at 2 p.m. and is open to the public with free entry.
